Gyro Pong was an enhanced version of Pong derivatives sold as both an upright cabinet and as an installation by Video Games Inc, manufactured by M L Electronics. The changes to the basic game included the replacement of potentiometers with joysticks, an adjustable speed system, the ability for an operator to change the base speed settings of the game, and a handicap function which would make one of the player's paddles larger than the other. These features were the same as those being utilized in the cocktail cabinet game Flim Flam and were advertised as a way to revitalize games such as Pong, Volly, Computer Space, and Hockey to strong earnings.
