-- Time Out! Page 1 --
\_________________________________________________________/
TIME OUT! Ok the last week has perhaps been the most stress
filled in a long, long time for Sega fans. With rumors and
facts flying around the net, a shocking number of gamers
have decided to pack it in and call it Game Over. Be it
because they think Sega betrayed them, or because they are
sick of the industry as a whole, they have thrown down
their controllers and many already have them up for bids
on Ebay.
So it's high time we pressed Pause to the Internet, and
went back to try and remember why we play games in the
first place. So log off those message boards, put down that
Dreamcast Weekly (eek!), turn off the computer screen, and
go play your favourite games.
Be it flying with NiGHTS, battling it out with Soul
Calibur, shakin' it with Samba De Amigo, or even having a
conversation with Seaman, we urge everyone to take a
moment (or better yet, a few hours) to remember why you
play games in the first place... for fun.
Forget all the worries of what's going on over the net,
because to be honest no one will know quite what's
happening until later this week anyway, and play, play,
play.
So, and I've never meant this more... Happy Gaming!
Personally I'm off for a game of Sonic R now, and we can
all return to normalness on the net again later,
- Graham "Tails" Parker, saying take a break.

<<.>> The Padoras Box of 2001: Online Cheating
- http://www.primagames.com/news/article/2745
My first feature written for PrimaGames.com, and it's on
one of the controversial topics of this year, online
cheating. If you thought that having your spoilsport
opponent quit in the middle of an NFL 2K1 match was bad,
wait until you come up against an invincible opponent in
Quake III. - http://www.primagames.com/news/article/2745
