Disney's Villains' Revenge

From Videogame Morgue File

Disney's Villains' Revenge is a point-and-click adventure game from Disney Interactive. Originally developed under the names Villains' Night Out and Virtual Magic Kingdom, it was the first major attempt by Disney to crossover multiple franchises in a video game, predating Kingdom Hearts by two years since release and seven years since its initial pitch.

A fully playable build of Frontierland from the scrapped VMK phase of development allegedly exists, but the final game uses repurposed material from the unfinished Fantasyland portion instead. The name Virtual Magic Kingdom was recycled for a 2005 MMO game developed by Sulake and Disney Parks & Resorts Online.
