Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney is a Japanese adventure game based around a highly stylized version of law practice. Originally created as a Japan-only Game Boy Advance game in 2001 (under the name Gyakuten Saiban, meaning Turnabout Trial), its first international release came in 2005 when it was converted to the DS (now bearing an additional case).
