Help:Platforms
Rather than having to type out the name of each platform in a game page's infobox, there are a large number of templates you can use instead. Using these templates means machines can be named in a standardised way across the wiki, and has the significant added benefit of adding the game page to the appropriate category page for games released for that platform.
This list of platforms and template names is derived from the platform dataset used by IGDB, with minor alterations to a few of the slugs. The list should (eventually) cover nearly all platforms, including many obscure ones, but if a platform is missing or ambiguous, please leave a message on the talk page.
When looking for a specific template, your browser's 'find in page' function is recommended.
