Wave of spammers

I don't know if you've already seen this, by any chance, but I wanted to let you know that there's been a massive uptick in spam accounts joining and making pages over the past day or two. They've practically monopolized the recent changes tab.

Currently nuking them all, sorry about that. I guess someone scripted the captcha solutions... what a pain. Disabled new registrations temporarily until I can do a better job securing it.
